Hi, I'm Annie Piper!
I am a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in a range of settings. This includes: private practice, community health, non for profit organisations, palliative care and the homelessness, and health sectors.
I work extensively with participants on the NDIS.
I work with adults and older adolescents across a range of mental health issues including but not limited too;
Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other Trauma related problems, Grief and Bereavement, Chronic Pain and Psychotic Disorders such as Schizophrenia. I also work with Social, Emotional, Relationship and Interpersonal difficulties. Across the sessions I focus on improving self esteem and self compassion.
In my work, I use a range of evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based therapy, Grief and Bereavement Therapy, and a range of Trauma Focused Therapies.
